• Call 281-721-4862 and request a return authorization for your return.

• Enclose a printed copy of your emailed order confirmation so we know who should receive the refund.

• Refunds will be processed using the form of payment used on the original order within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive an email confirming the refund for the return. For credit card refunds, some credit card providers make take 1 or 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

• Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s) minus the outbound shipping DBATHUMBLEPROSHOP.com paid to ship the item(s) to you initially (typically $19.95 for one bat) and the cost of any Lizard Skins you had installed at the time of purchase.

• Returned merchandise must be in brand new, unused condition in the original packaging or shrink wrap. For bats, this also means they must not have hit a ball of any kind. If you have any concern about the size or weight of a bat, we recommend you take the bat to an open area so the player can take full swings and feel the length and weight before hitting any balls in order to determine if it is acceptable.

• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

• We cannot accept COD returns.

• Returns received more than 30 days after the original shipment date will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

• Please note: Once the packaging is removed from your new bat, our return policy is voided. Returns and exchanges for opened bats are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Please refer to our bat warranty page for additional information.
